I don't see why the writer should complain about this. PC players had the best version of the game, so a PC remaster wasn't really necessary.but guess what? Bethesda will give it for free for current owners of the complete PC version.
But they're great games and people who never experienced them will have a better way to do so, with better graphics, performance, a few tweaks and, most of all: they will work on current consoles. I've played all Arkham and BioShock games, and yet I don't think it's wrong to release remasters of these games. You see, just because you've already played a game, doesn't mean everyone in the world has played it too. People who ask this are always saying they hate remasters, and then proceed to say a game they would like to see remastered.
